Refunds/Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us! All items sold at our online store are closely inspected before shipment and backed by our money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the merchandise, please follow the return procedure and submit your request within seven days of the arrival date. As a consumer, you can shop with confidence as we will provide you with the highest protection of consumer rights.
Return/Exchange Procedures:
- Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all items sold at our store may be returned. If you find any imperfections or damages on your merchandise, please contact us and ship back the item(s) within a seven-day period, after which returns will not be accepted.
- Dates of arrival and return will be determined by the postmark on the package. As soon as your request is acknowledged, we will prepare new products or process your refund immediately.
- If the return is due to wrong addresses, defective or damaged goods, we will ship out a new one, along with your reimbursement for shipping the damaged product back to us.
- If the product is neither damaged nor delivered to a wrong address, we will accept returns for other items. However, the customer will have to assume shipping and handling charges. Please return the product undamaged in its original packaging so we can process your request for you.
- In the event of mass returns without reason, as it has brought upon inconvenience to our establishment, we reserve the right to refuse the transaction accordingly.
- According to taxation laws, any returns should be accompanied by documentations signed by the original purchasers before it can be processed.
