About Ordering :
Q.Do I have to be a member to shop online?
A.Yes, in order to provide comprehensive services to shoppers, we need to track all events including order placement, payment, preparation and shipping to maker sure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Q.Are there any discounts for online shoppers?
A.free gift is included with purchases of NT$ 1000 or more, and the shipping fees are waved for purchases of NT$ 3000. For purchases of NT$ 10000, you will get an additional 5% off!. The more you buy, the more you save!(Online shoppers only, not applicable in our Taipei Showroom.)
Q.Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
A.Your satisfaction is backed by our 50 years of experience in the industry. Furthermore, unlike other virtual stores, we also have a physical showroom spanning 2,600 square meters and carrying over 40,000. Besides being frequented by foreign friends and tourists, our physical shop is called upon by sizable corporations and government agencies on a regular basis. You will undoubtedly get the best service here! Please refer to "Refunds and Exchanges" for details.
Q.Are products returnable if they are damaged during shipping?
A.All products are closely inspected before being shipped with care by "Takkiyubin". However, if a product is damaged during shipping, we will unconditionally accept it for return at no additional cost of shipment to you. Please refer to "Refunds and Exchanges" for details.
Q.I would like to visit your showroom. Do you have showrooms anywhere besides Taipei? Are you open on weekends and holidays?
A.The Taipei showroom is currently the only one we have. If you are located outside Taipei, it is recommended that you shop online and take advantage of our internet shopping specials. If you would like to visit our Taipei showroom, we are open all year round from 09:00 to 17:30, including weekends and holidays. We welcome your visit!
About Shipping & Packaging:
Q.How soon can I expect the product after placing an order?
A.After the order is received and payment verified, your merchandise should arrive on the next day (Internal Deilvery). However, since our online shop and Taipei showroom share the same inventory, an item may become out of stock and will take 1~3 days to back order. Someone will contact you if there are delays of any kind with your order.
Q.How are domestic orders shipped?
A.Due to the fragile nature of most of our products, we arrange for "Takkiyubin" to deliver our products, so that we can easily track your shipment and time of arrival. Moreover, at the time of shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number, so that you can check on the status of your order online.
Q.Does your online store offer packaging and dilevery services?
A.Yes, after you make a purchase, you may have it gift wrapped, packaged and dilivered to any address, domestic or international.(International postage applies)
Q.What are my options for shipping products overseas?
A.Dependign on the urgency of your shipment, you may choose among EMS(approx 7 days*), Air Mail(Approx 2 weeeks*), or Sea Mail(Approx 2 months*). Since shipping fees are determine by the weight of the parcel, someone will contact you with the exact figures.
About Payment:
Q.What are my options of payment methods?
A.For your convenience, we accept payments by ATM transfer, Credit card info via fax, OpenPay, WebATM, or pay at convenient stores. Please refer to Payment Methods for details.
Q.Which credit cards do you accept?
A.For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. Our showroom also accept the three listed above, plus American Express.
About Volume purchase:
Q.Can you provide shopping advice?
A.We certainly can! In order to locate the most suitable product please describe, as detailed as possible, your ideal item and budget, etc. Someone will provide you with a list of suggestions from which to choose.
Q.Is there a volume discount for large orders?

Q.Do you accept other methods of payment for corporate or volume purchases?
A.Yes, corporate and volume purchasers can place orders first. We will assign special personnel to contact you with quotations. Alternatively, you can call: 886-2-23933655*103 for details.
